When we MOVE rather than EXERCISE…

…we are most likely to follow through on getting healthy if it a form of movement we actually enjoy 😊

I know, rocket science. :) And yet, I see so many folks torturing themselves by thinking they have to run although they hate running, or people doing a form of yoga that doesn't work well because it promises flexibility. We keep repeating the same mistakes, and falling short of our goals.

So I encourage you to start replacing the word EXERCISE with MOVEMENT.

So please schedule 5 days of movement for this coming week that you actually WANT to do! Take your workout to the park or your lawn, hike, dancing, jump rope, that Jane Fonda workout video you just decluttered?
