Stacy Fisher
Fisher Fitness
Stacy is a Kinesiology- Exercise Science and Spanish graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and forever student of the human body. She has taught thousands of people across the world how to move with purpose since 2005. Her training style blends proven training methods to gain strength and flexibility, while simultaneously improving alignment and decreasing inflammation. She specializes in Functional Fitness, Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation, MELT Method, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Although Stacy established her business with the name 'Fisher Fitness', she believes true wellness extends far beyond "physical fitness". She offers a holistic approach for others to achieve "fitness" equally in body, mind and spirit. Stacy lives in Cambutal, Panama with her husband and two daughters. She loves to cook, dance, and travel this big beautiful world.
